This boy took something from me and I'm extremely pissed. I've been seeing fire, things moving out of the corner of my eyes, black things flying around me, and a few nights ago everything turned red for about 10 seconds. I have never felt this way before and I just want to kill that little shit. I dont understand why I keep seeing things and I would like for it to stop. I dont know what to do and i just feel so angry I want to kill myself. I'm not seeing a doctor I just want to know how I can calm down without drugs.

How about u address the problem and live on with your daily life.
Like, what the hell did he take from you?

I threatened his family and now his parents are going to return what he took. What he took really isn't relevant to my question, I've just been hallucinating for the past few days I assume because of the anger. Idk what to do anymore, coming here with a question like that was ignorant because some random person on the dark web isn't going to fix the situation.

(. First of all my friend, I find myself sincerely - determined; purposeful as well as stipulated to consciously reorient, in a - wise; astute; lucid; insightful and rational way all its - description; free exposure of assimilated ideas, which ideologically would have as a basic operation - staring; substantiate and support the explicit matter of the question itself, although ,in fact, this same function and aim, expressed, by the description, is absent and non-existent, in the process of establishing analytics to that same, as in taking a genuine and true understanding of what I report, in wich you'll deductively understand ...

. Then, and as a corollary and ultimate purpose, intellectualize; consider and meditate through analytics and attentive exams, what is the - credible; authentic and bright reason that the sentimental state of pure love not only for oneself, but also for others, originated from your love magnet, in this case specifically for "this boy", has not actually been - reached; apprehended and simply inferred by you. )

. Effectively, the first step to calm down is to have a valuable understanding and a good use of reason, about what I'll portray and report on.

  • "This boy took something from me and I'm extremely pissed. I've been seeing fire, things moving out of the corner of my eyes, black things flying around me, and a few nights ago everything turned red for about 10 seconds I have never felt this way before and I just want to kill that little shit. I dont understand why I keep seeing things and I would like for it to stop. I dont know what to do and i just feel so angry I want to kill myself. I'm not seeing a doctor I just want to know how I can calm down without drugs. "

. As a matter of fact, mere exclusively and entirely in the expression - "This boy took something from me ..." , reported by you, predominates and hold sway a lie of life, whose existing nature and moral profile / deontological principles, is based on - an hypothetical; conjectural and fictitious causal determinism ( more precisely, caused by external forces and alien to the human being ...), fruit and result for your adoption of certain erroneous and inauthentic - theoreticians; canon and precepts of life.

. However, as a consequence and deductive inferential sequence of what was said by me, you may be asking the following question of essential axiological value - Why?

. As an absolute and true fact, the result and ultimate cause of all of our - actions; empirical practices and conduct of life, that is, the being that triggered and caused the reaction of these same actions / projects of life, by the universe, towards us, which will, therefore, guide our life path ( reality map ...) is just, and purely us. Our entire physical universe, found throughout the existence of each sentient human being, endowed with - life projects; life plans; life experiences; life's circumstances, was, authentically and truly - deliberately; autonomously and freely originated and engendered by the human being, using its cognitive dimension; intellectual component - ideal of life; worldview; life's representation, retained by our inner world - and sentimental dimension, expressed by our engine of life, feelings. Therefore, we're not controlled and handled by external circumstances, as if we were mere puppets, although we attract them ( the phenomena ...) ; we control and monitor them for our own lives, according our own desires, during the process of insight, either consciously or unconsciously.

.Therefore, nobody took anything from you, although your illusion and mirage resulting from a distorted perspective of life make you believe, either - to alienate yourself from certain life's problems (denying yourself, as the author and controller of certain events and life's situations, and therefore instilling that same responsibility to external factors of you ...) or by sheer ignorance and bewilderment about being us, as a human and feelings source, the cause of everything that exists, whether be in our own external or internal universe. This distortion of the pure reality, may also have arisen from the merger of these two conjectures.

.Veritably, only you and no one else, or any external aspect to you, in this case drugs, have inner strength to cease your state of uninterrupted suffering. The responsibility to envision the beauty of life, begins and ends in you, is cultivated therefore by you, starting from your own inner world, when transmitting feelings of love and compassion to the entire universe, the same will be transmitted to you, and consequently your desire to commit ("suicide"...) will disappear.

.The second authentic and truthful moral law / moral code, which you must obey and possess in your mentality and as an idea of life, in order to reach a state of - serenity; tranquility; contemplation and impassivity, is that life itself is - ephemeral; fleeting and transitory, hence we must live it to the - fullest; with indemnity and integrity, as little friction as possible, disturbance and mental upheaval, between us; the other beings and events of the universe.

.The third crucial step and, in its reason, essential and primordial, in order to empirically carry out the second explicit step, consists in the practice of conscious and clairvoyant meditation; which allows you to perform introspections to your inner world in the process of ( looking deeply ...), thus allowing you to have a greater understanding of the genuine human's nature, and as an ultimate purpose you'll increase greater love and compassion for yourself; for others and for life itself.

.(I'll demonstrate two candid and purely conceivable propositions, in order to gain a more synthesized understanding, of what I've mentioned up to that point ...)

-"One of the best lessons you can learn in life, is to master how to remain calm."

-"The mind is like water. When it's turbulent, it's difficult to see. When it's calm, everything becomes clear."

You seem to have put a lot of work into that and I appreciate that, but I dont know what more than half of that means. I do like the quote about the water. Thank you.

. In the authentic process, of establishing analytical and attentive exams about what was said by me, you'll understand the reasoning and inferential judgments that I made.
. With calm; composure and serenity, you'll reach the pure reason.
.In fact, it is in a moment of calm and moral tranquility that you'll understand and discern ,holistically, my answer.

"Slow down. Calm down. Don't worry. Don't hurry. Trust this process."

type "breathing exercise with wim hof" to youtube. first watch the clip that explains what you are going to do, then do the breathing exercise. you will calm down i promise. it has drug-like effects. the only thing you will do is breath in and breathe out, with a little guidance.

focus on your breathing. Take nice, deep, slow breaths. And focus all your attention on the movement of your chest going up and down as you breathe. You may gently close your eyes.

After about 1 minute, Notice the feeling of your body pressing against the floor, for support. If youre seated, notice the weight of your body on your legs. On your feet. Notice your arms pressing down on your legs.

Finally, slowly scan your body from top of your head all the way down to your toes - notice (but don't judge) how you're feeling as you go along.

Focus on your breathing one last time, counting up each time you exhale (up to 10, then repeat). When you're ready, open your eyes and slowly become aware of the world around you.
