How have you confirmed that they are actually jailbait? There are countless models in soft- and hardcore porn alike that look like jailbait but are actually perfectly legal in most, if not all, countries of the world.

And this is the exact reason why what EagleEye eluded to would probably occur -- You would probably just get ignored. Because, where is your proof, where is your evidence? They could just claim it's young looking legal models and send you on your way.

And then... they would file a complaint against you. For hacking into their systems.

So, now you're the one facing criminal charges and a fine. So, instead of making money... you just lost a ton of money and your freedom. Really, re-think this. Jailbait is not interesting material to blackmail a company over. An individual maybe... but a company? Nah.

PS: Do not show us the images just to get feedback. Thanks.

consider this.......

you 'hack your way into their systems... you notify the police... of course you'll have to admit to hacking into their system.... which also gives them what?....... in my opinion, it provides a plausible defense.

"The Hacker planted the images in our system, in hopes of extorting money from us".....

who do you think the police will initially believe... the confessed 'hacker'... or the owners/operators of a business in good standing?

sure, forensic examination might be able to determine who/when the images were placed there, but you still have no other suspect aside from you, lol..... remember, you cannot arrest a company nor a corporate entity.... so right now, the only identifiable suspect on the radar... is you.

so.... you will also be investigated, and for a number of reasons... to determine your credibility, to see what your criminal past may be, to see if maybe you did plant the images on that companies servers.... oh, and remember when you confessed to hacking?... lol.

you don't believe a tip from a self-confessed hacker is going to automatically generate a swat raid on the servers of this company, do you?..... no, the first person that's going to be investigated because of your 'tip'.... is you, lol-

  • You have broke into a network of computers and discovered some naked teen pics if I get it right? Having profit in mind, I don't think blackmaling is a strong card to play from the get-go. I'm assuming you already explored around their databases so if you have found anything of value you should take full advantage of it right away. That's the reason you hacked into them in first place isn't it? If you haven't found anything of value then sure, blackmailing can earn you a few hundred bucks or leave you empty-handed. It can backfire easily, especially once they know they were hacked. So one way it could work would be to encrypt all their data and threaten them to pay in a certain amount of time or you will delete all their data (which will cost them a lot to recover from that) but like I said, it can backfire since you depend on another man's reaction.

  • As for reporting this to the police, it could shake their waters a bit but i'm sure they can claim whatever bullshit story their lawyers advise them to especially once they know they got penetrated by a malicious user and end up just firing the employee on whos computer the pics were in or even better in their favor.

Overall, it all ends up on what you want more. You should weigh both your options and think what's worth more to you.

First get your money. Record the evidence then anonymous drop to the police later. Don't stop with the police, drop that info to anyone that knows them as well (if you have that info).

If you are acting as judge, jury and executioner though you damn well better have your facts straight.

Anonymously tip the police off if you are sure that it's jailbait. Attach the location of the files and they'll do the rest.

Do a good deed, tell them you know and tell them to never do it again or you will report it to the police.

True hackers hack because they want the information that is behind closed doors.. the best hackers do it and then make it public..
